Handcrafted biscuits, cantuccini, and shortbread cookies made with PGI chestnut flour
Our artisanal dry pastry line stems from the union of traditional Tuscan confectionery and the quality of the PGI Mugello Chestnut. We use chestnut flour obtained from the natural stone-milling of our chestnuts to create biscuits, cantuccini, and shortbread cookies with an authentic flavor and unmistakable texture.
The range includes: biscuits with chocolate chips and ancient Tuscan grains, crunchy and delicious; biscuits with ancient Tuscan grains, characterized by their genuine simplicity; cantuccini with ancient Tuscan grains, perfect with a glass of Vin Santo; and sugar-free shortbread cookies, ideal for a healthy breakfast.
